Current News

We have now passed the critical out of house of origin cut-off mark and it was a nailbiter.  We have a good amount of cannabis legislation still active and these last weeks of session are going to be busy!

We’d like to take a moment to sing the praises of our legislative team, particularly Al Ralston, contract lobbyist and Lara Kaminsky, Legislative Liaison.  In the days leading up to the cut-off they were working around the clock to keep our priorities alive and moving forward and it paid off!  Thank you both for all of your hard work!

If you’d like to follow along with cannabis legislation as it develops, you can view our Bill Tracker HERE.
