Jerry Whiting is the President & Co-founder of LeBlanc CNE, Inc. Founded in 1992, LeBlanc CNE is a Seattle company specializing in: hemp & cannabis genetics, product development, research and education.

Jerry is a long-time cannabis activist and educator. He writes a monthly column on hemp for Northwest Leaf, hosts The LeBlanc CNE Podcast, and is a frequent speaker at Seattle Hempfest, Cannacon, and other events including Oberlin College, The Terpestival, The Hemp & Health Expo and the Bellingham Budfest. He’s active with The Cannabis Alliance and Project CBD and proud supporter of The Cannabis Observer. Jerry has served on the board of The Center for the Study of Cannabis and Social Policy (CASP).
