To kick-off Pride month, the Equity and Justice Committee partnered with The Full Spectrum to bring Rainbow Washing to Webinar Wednesday.  Founder, Neil Lequia, presented on how to know when a company is rainbow washing and how to make sure your company is putting action behind its special labeling.  We learned a great deal about the evolution of corporate allyship and key best practices for celebrating Pride Month in solidarity!  In addition to a wonderful presentation, the Q&A allowed for a deeper dive and robust conversation!
