The Cannabis Alliance Relief Fund (TCARF)

Mission
The Cannabis Alliance Relief Fund (TCARF) was created in an attempt to mitigate the needs of the Essential Washington State Cannabis Industry in a vacuum of Federal and State assistance. TCARF provides a safety net of critical assistance for cannabis industry people in these times of need. TCARF services and resources cover a wide range of financial, medical, and personal emergencies, and each case is treated with integrity and confidentiality. TCARF also focuses the resources and attention of the cannabis industry in Washington State on human service issues that directly influence the health and welfare of the cannabis community.
