Josh is the founder of SuperChronics, a boutique advisory firm that focuses on cannabis finance, data analytics, risk management, and compliance with an emphasis on strategic partnerships, M&As and international expansion. 
He’s also the Chief Marketing Officer for an innovative technology company that licenses an automated stock trading software to sophisticated investors and institutional advisors alike to invest in niche sectors like cannabis.
In his spare time Josh hosts a cannabis business podcast called “The Talking Hedge”, as well as “CEO Interviews” for a financial media company called Seeking Alpha, and he’s the Cannabis Club’s Committee Chair at the Cannabis Alliance.

Sara Stewart is a hospitality and entertainment industry professional with 15 years of experience in some of the country’s most lucrative and successful establishments, including TAO Los Angeles and Hyde Sunset. She spent five years working in LA’s prominent nightlife scene managing celebrity guest lists and front door services for major events with VIPER by KCH including the Golden Globes, American Music Awards, Kanye West’s Album Release Party, Drake’s Birthday Party, Astroworld, and more. Sara was soon brought in to help open and manage America’s first Cannabis Cafe (formerly known as Lowell Cafe). As an avid consumer and an advocate for the canna-curious, Sara saw this as an opportunity to bridge the gap between gracious hospitality standards and the cannabis space.


Dr. James R. Lathrop is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Entrepreneur, and US Army Veteran of Foreign War (Desert Shield / Desert Storm). James R. Lathrop, DNP ARNP opened Seattle’s first legal recreational cannabis shop on July 08, 2014, gaining worldwide media attention for Cannabis City in Seattle. Professionally he has been a nurse practitioner for over 20 years, and was the owner and clinical director of Advanced Holistic Health. Known as the Ahh! Clinic the practice specialized in cannabis therapeutics for more than 5 years. Dr. Lathrop currently is attending a PhD program at the University of Washington with a research focus on cannabis therapeutics.
