When several groups merged to become The Cannabis Alliance Kim was hired as The Cannabis Alliance’s part-time Membership Director. Kim’s experience working with non-profits includes serving as a board member, committee chair, and volunteering for several non-profit organizations. Kim is passionate about cannabis, people, members, the cannabis industry and the environment. Kim wants to support others in learning the truth about cannabis and the possibilities it holds for the future of our planet, people and economy.
 
In addition Kim is an Environmental Consultant. Since 1995 she has worked in the areas of recycling/composting, sustainability/waste prevention and other environmental arenas. Her expertise includes business development and management, marketing/sales, public affairs/PR, environmental education and outreach and implementing environmental programs.

In 2015 Kim, a longtime cannabis advocate, began serving the Cannabis Industry as a member and volunteer for several groups. Those groups included the Coalition for Cannabis Standards and Ethics (CCSE) and the Washington Marijuana Association (WMA), Marijuana Business Association (MJBA) and NORML Women of Washington.
